[C] Sometimes in the [Am] mornin’ when [Dm7] shadows are [G7] deep. I [C] lie here be-[Em7]-side you just [Dm7] watching you [G] sleep [G7] and [C] sometimes I [Em7] whisper what [Dm7] I’m thinking [Em7] of. My [F] cup runneth [G] over with [C] love. [ Am Dm7 G7 ]

[ C Am Dm6 G7 ]

[C] Sometimes in the [Am] evening when [Dm7] you do not [G7] see – I [C] study the [Em7] small things you [Dm7] do [G7] constantly. I [C] memorize [Em7] moments that [Dm7] I’m fondest [Em7] of. My [F] cup runneth [G] over with [C] love. [ Am Dm7 G7 ]

In [C] only a [Am] moment we [Dm7] both will be [G7] old. We [C] won’t even [Em7] notice the [Dm7] world turning [G7] cold; and [C] so, in these [Em7] moments with [Dm7] sunlight [Em7] above, my [F] cup runneth [G] over [G7] with [C] love [ Am Dm7 G7 ]
